This professional pelvic floor muscle stimulator (EMS) is pre programmed to address stress and urge urinary problems, lack of sensitivity, pelvic floor workout, and pelvic floor pain relief. This unit also includes a programme designed to help you relax your Pelvic Muscles.
Along with Neurotrac 4C it's widely used within & recommended by Urinary Clincs, UK & Europe.
It applies tiny but very precisely controlled electrical impulses via an anal electrode to the exact area requiring stimulation. Your muscles are exercised for you safely and accurately while you relax. The experience is not unpleasant nor uncomfortable and it provides the best possible chance for full muscle recovery.

Can be used with external electrodes but this method is generally less effective. Whilst the use use of EMS to address female incontinence is very widely accepted it is perhaps less well realised that the same therapy can be equally effective in combating male incontinence, both urinary and faecal.
EMS works by applying a very small electrical current to your muscles making them contract and relax in a very precise manner. This "automated exercising" strengthens and retrains the muscles and can even restore the nerve signals that make these muscles work. EMS is not a miracle cure and like any therapy there is never a guarantee of achieving 100% success. However in situations where regular exercise is likely to help, EMS is an option worth serious consideration:
- EMS delivers controlled exercise to the exact place it's needed. - EMS requires little or no physical effort. - It is not an unpleasant experience. - It is relatively low initial cost with minimal ongoing expense. - It is drug free, has no side effects and will not interfere with any medication you may be taking.
TeNS Medical has specialised in this area for over 10 years and we offer a good range of professional quality Pelvic EMS devices most of which will be found in incontinence clinics throughout the UK.
Any from our range would be suitable for male use but you do need to be aware that the instruction booklets are 99.9% female orientated. The electronic programmes for male and female application are the same. For addressing urinary problems females use a vaginal probe often combined with an anal probe for maximum effect. Males use just an anal probe. Apart from this difference, instructions and programmes are the same! Sometimes you'll see reference to the use of standard self adhesive skin electrodes. However in practice these are extremely difficult to us and therefore we don't recommend them for this application. This product is eligible for VAT Relief. Therefore:
