How does the SimplyGo portable oxygen concentrator work? The Respironics SimplyGo portable oxygen concentrator separates oxygen from room air and delivers it through a single lumen cannula. Room air contains approximately 21 percent oxygen and 79 percent nitrogen. By passing the air through a series of molecular, bacterial and dust filters, EverGo removes the nitrogen and stores almost pure oxygen.

What is SimplyGo's maximum oxygen producing capacity? SimplyGo can deliver a maximum of 1050 ml/minute in pulses of up to 6 Litres /minute. This is more oxygen per minute than any other portable concentrator currently available.

Can I use SimplyGo while I'm asleep? With SimplyGo you have the choice of up to 2 litres constant flow, Pulse Dose up to 6 litres or its unique "Sleep Mode". Sleep Mode is a modified version of Pulse Dose. Unlike with other POCs SimplyGo has a unique feature that protects / guarantees continuity of the oxygen supply even if the patient temporarily stops breathing through his / her nose.
Can I use SimplyGo Portable concentrator when I travel? SimplyGo is designed for people who travel! SimplyGo operates from a mains plug (AC power), a car cigarette lighter socket (DC power) or it's internal rechargeable battery. You can use SimplyGo in any country and on any cruise liner / ferry. SimplyGo is FAA approved for in-cabin use on aircraft during your flight.
What type of cannula works with SimplyGo? A standard single- lumen nasal cannula and tubing (supplied) should be used to deliver oxygen from EverGo. The device works with cannula tubing up to 30 ft (9 meters) in length.
How is SimplyGo controlled?!! All operation is controlled via an easy to read and simple to operate touch interface screen on the top of the device.
What controls are there?!! You can turn the unit on and off and You can choose between its three modes of operation. In "Continuous" mode you can adjust its output from 0.5 to 2.0 litres per minute in 0.5 lpm steps and in Pulse / Sleep Modes you can adjust output to between 1 and 6 Litres per minute in 0.5 lpm steps.
How do I know how much battery life is remaining? The touch screen interface will indicate the remaining life of the battery and warn you if the battery charge is beginning to get low. Each battery has a built in LED indicator which shows the approximate amount of charge remaining by percentage (25%, 50%, 75% and 100%).
What is the battery recharge time? Approximately 2 - 3 hours per battery
How do I recharge the batteries? Your battery can be charged when inside your SimplyGo by plugging into either a mains or DC supply. You can charge your SimplyGo whilst using it or when its turned off. It uses a sophisticated charging system that will turn itself off when the battery reaches full charge. This means you can leave it plugged in without any risk of overcharging or otherwise harming the battery. Alternatively you can use an optional external battery charger specifically designed for these batteries.
How long does it take SimplyGo to reach the specified oxygen purity? At start-up the dose setting number will blink on and off until the unit reaches normal oxygen purity, typically 2 to 3 minutes depending on your breath rate, the temperature and the flow setting.
