This unit has 2 preset operating modes selected by a traditional hand held switch.
It turns on (always) in Rest Mode. You adjust the levels to your own comfort.
When your contraction begins you press the hand control to change to Boost Mode. As it changes the unit automatically ramps up it's intensity by 20% - you can adjust either way at any time.
At the end of your contraction a further click of the hand switch returns the unit to Rest Mode again.
Neurotrac Labour is extremely powerful. Unlike most others it retains it's signal characteristics (therefore it's effectiveness) throughout it's full power range.
Our "de-luxe" option adds a pair of our enormous 50 x 200 electrodes (double the size of normal obstetrics) to the package.
Used as your top pair (shoulder blade down) combined with standard obstetric electrodes (50 x 100) at the base of your back they provide the most powerful solution available. If you have any doubts regarding the effectiveness of TeNS during childbirth, this is the option for you.
