EMS Mode:
The unit has 6 pre set EMS programmes plus two further programmes allowing you or your medical adviser to specify programmes to your precise individual requirement.
Pre set programmes cover Large & Small Muscle Endurance, Strength / Endurance, Strength, Fast Force / Bulk, Endurance and Force.
Procedures for Manual Settings are well documented with 10 suggested training sessions defined for you.
For clinical use the programmes can be "locked" either to prevent usage or to record patients usage of the device. The "lock" function can be hidden from the patient.
TeNS Mode:
In TeNS mode the Ultima offers almost as many features as our top of the range "Flip" TeNS.
We provide documentation covering all applications.
3 programmes of which 2 are manually set.
TeNS1 is pre set to automatically alter the frequency and sensation each second. Only the timer is variable on this programme.
TeNS2 provides continuous output with 42 manually selectable frequencies between 2 and 110 Hz., wave length between 50 and 300 micro second and a choice between symmetrical, biphasic, rectangular or unipolar, rectangular, alternating wave forms. Optional 10 to 90 minute timer.
TeNS3 runs in Burst mode - selectable settings as above.
