It has six preset programmes, two programmes to address the symptoms each of Stress or Urge Incontinence and a mixture of both / general muscle toning.
Strength of output is not really an important issue with this type of device. However the maximum output is a very adequate 60 mA.
Stim Gym Lady is well documented and extremely easy to use. Simply choose your programme according to the condition you are addressing, insert the self positioning vaginal probe (or external electrodes if you choose this option), increase intensity to your comfort level and the automatic programme will do the rest.
