The Rules Of VAT Exemption Are Quite Simple:
If you are purchasing any of our products from outside the EU then our local tax (VAT) will not be charged.
Within the EU:
If you are purchasing a TeNS, Nebuliser, Interferential, TSE, MicroAce, Muscle Stimulator, or their dedicated accessories for personal use in connection with a long term medical condition you are entitled to claim VAT exemption. This represents a significant saving.
You simply need to complete and send us a "VAT Exemption Request" at the time you place your order.
This is a simple process and does not require the endorsement of your GP or other medical professional. TMS offer this service both on and offline.
